Culture flasks are used for culturing and dilution. They feature three baffles and a wide-mouth design with a raised section, specifically designed for culturing organisms requiring a large surface area to volume ratio. Three baffles along the bottom edge enhance dissolved oxygen transfer to the culture medium. The inner diameter of the flask opening is 63mm, and cotton or rubber stoppers can be used.
