Designed using the Gerber method to test the fat content in dairy products (cheese, milk, cream, yogurt, butter, etc.).

Capacity: ≤12 fat analyzers; Centrifugal force/speed: ≤398xg / 1600rpm. The machine features a built-in heating function, simplifying the fat extraction process from the aqueous phase. Two rotors are provided for simultaneous centrifugation of 8 or 12 fat analyzers, with direct readings after centrifugation.
