> Different from VISCO 370, VISCO 170 is more suitable for the experimental needs of less intensive daily testing but also requires precise viscosity measurement. It is a semi-automatic viscosity testing system specially used for measuring absolute viscosity and relative viscosity by glass capillary method. Easy to operate, economical and affordable, it is a good helper in viscosity measurement experiments!
> Introduction to the degree of automation: the operator can add the sample to be tested into the viscosity tube through the sampling funnel. After the constant temperature is over, use the manual suction pump (or pressure pump) to raise the liquid level. During the process of the liquid level falling, the equipment will automatically time the test. After that, the time is automatically sent to the computer for data processing and storage. After the measurement, add the cleaning agent to the viscometer, and let the cleaning agent wash the viscometer through the manual pump. Then dry it with a low boiling point solvent, or clean the inner wall of the capillary by rinsing the next sample. The liquid in the tube can be discharged into the waste liquid bottle by starting the vacuum pump through the foot switch. The whole operation process is safe and convenient, which greatly reduces the chance of the operator contacting with chemical reagents.
> No need to disassemble the viscosity tube, automatic timing measurement, manual sample injection, manual operation cleaning, manual operation to discharge waste liquid, can directly read the time value, and then calculate the viscosity value by hand, or use the standard viscosity test software to automatically obtain the time value , and automatically obtain the viscosity value according to the embedded formula, and up to four semi-automatic measuring positions can be installed.
