Vdose Series Liquid Syringe Pumps / Dispensers
The standard injection pump is composed of two parts: control unit and dispensing unit. Dispensing unit has two kinds: single channel and double channel dispensing unit. The Vdose series of injection pumps accurately and automatically refill and transfer fluids at customer-determined rates and rates
In order to complete the transfer, customers can also use the control software to customize the complex liquid dispensing transfer.
> Large screen TFT display can clearly display the injection parameters and real-time progress
> 11 specifications of dispensing units are optional, the minimum volume of 20uL, the maximum of 50ml, a variety of different volumes of dispensing units easily replaced
> Liquid flow rate: 1.25uL/min-375ml/min
> All parts in contact with the liquid are made of glass or PTFE
> Three-port valve automatic switching, automatic circulation extraction output, complete extraction or output liquid
> The operation valve can be set to facilitate the recovery of the remaining liquid. The whole liquid operation process can be completed without removing the pipeline
> RS-232/485 digital communication function, can be connected to PC or PLC remote control
