TitroLine® 7500 KF trace Karl Fischer moisture titrator

* The coulometric Karl Fischer moisture titrator is used for the titration measurement of trace amounts of moisture in samples. The measurement principle is based on the Karl Fischer reaction, which is the standard moisture analysis method in many industries. Karl Fischer titration boasts advantages such as high accuracy, wide applicability, and simple operation, making it widely used in moisture determination in industries such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, and food.

* The coulometric titrator does not require measuring the standard titration of the titrant, making it simpler to operate than the volumetric titrator. Simply add electrolyte to the titration vessel and press the start button; the instrument will automatically begin blank titration and maintain anhydrous electrolyte. After a few minutes of preparation time, the coulometric titrator can begin the first sample titration.

* This titrator can use diaphragm-based or diaphragm-less electrostatic generators, suitable for the determination of various samples.

* The instrument has fifty built-in commonly used moisture titration methods. Customers can select a targeted titration method based on the characteristics of their samples, or customize the methods to suit special samples.

* The ultra-high-definition full-color, high-pixel display provides convenient human-machine interface operation, offering function prompts for each step of the operation. Operators can complete all operations independently based on the screen display.

* This coulometric titrator can be directly connected to a printer, outputting test reports standalone. Customers can choose to output a short report according to their needs, while detailed reports will be generated in GLP format.

* After titration, the operator only needs to press the drain button to complete the waste liquid removal operation; after draining, pressing the inlet button will automatically complete the new electrolyte filling operation. The entire process is fast and safe, eliminating the risk of operator contact with toxic solvents.

* The coulometric titrator has two RS232 interfaces, two USB-A interfaces, and two USB-B interfaces, which can communicate directly with computers, balances, Karl Fischer furnaces, printers, and other devices to coordinate and complete moisture testing. The instrument software can be upgraded via the USB interface.

* It can titrate liquid, solid, and gaseous samples.
